Sophos Anti-Virus Selected By IT Managed Service Provider, NCMX, To Defend Subscribers Against Viruses

Sophos, a world leader in anti-virus protection, and NCMX, Inc.(SM), a globally-focused IT managed service provider, today announced a partnership to integrate Sophos Anti-Virus into NCMX's automated PC management services.

Sophos is focused on providing virus protection for networked environments, which include desktops, servers, and gateways. Sophos also offers an open application-programming interface, which enables third-party developers to easily add virus protection to a wide range of environments.

NCMX provides clients with asset management and automated software delivery services, which can dramatically improve the quality, reliability, and productivity of an enterprise's IT group.
