Brian Beggs Joins the NCMX^SM Board of Directors

Seattle, WA, January 23, 2002 - Steve Samuelson, Chairman of the Board for NCMX, Inc., announced Brian Beggs' election to the board of directors today.  Mr. Beggs currently serves as NCMX's President.

NCMX is a Seattle-based provider of automated remote network management services.

Mr. Beggs joined NCMX in 2000.  He has over 30 years of broad-based financial, administrative and general management experience in a wide variety of industries including semiconductor and integrated circuit manufacturing, processed food manufacturing, professional sports and real estate development.  Mr. Beggs has an undergraduate degree from Whitman College and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Santa Clara University.
