CONNEXT, INC. SELECTS NCMX, INC. AS ITS MANAGEMENT SERVICES PROVIDER (MSP)

Seattle, WA, November 21, 2000 – NCMX, Inc., today announced that ConneXt Inc., a Seattle-based software developer of billing and customer care solutions for the utility industry, announced that it will use NCMX, Inc. as its Management Service Provider (MSP) to automate many of their manual, labor-intensive desktop management activities.

"The services offered by NCMX will allow us to meet our growth and cost control targets without the burden of having to expand our internal IT staff," stated ConneXt, IT Manager Jim Burbidge. "We believe that NCMX's new and innovative services will help us to manage our PC environment and reduce the total cost of ownership for our network.
