NCMX appoints Clark P. Graves as CTO

Seattle, WA, October 1, 2001 – NCMX, Inc., an industry leader in automated and remote network infrastructure management services, has recruited Clark P. Graves to be its Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Graves will direct the development of the next generation of technology NCMX uses to deliver its services. He will also serve on the Executive Management Committee.

Mr. Graves has over eighteen years of IT executive level experience and is a proven hands-on manager of personnel and initiatives. Prior to joining NCMX, Mr. Graves held the position of Vice President – Engineering at ProjectGuides, the leading B2G service provider, where he lead the 25-member development, DBA and IT teams. He also led the transition team for Onvia’s acquisition of ProjectGuides. Mr. Graves previous experience included over sixteen years with Contractors Bonding Insurance Company (CBIC), where he held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. During his tenure at CBIC, Mr. Graves was the primary architect for their information technology systems, including B2B. Mr. Graves is a graduate of the University of Missouri.
