JETRO invites NCMX to attend TECHNO Business Forum 2002

Seattle, WA, November 5, 2001 – The Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), a governmental organization who has been promoting international trade and investment since 1958, has invited NCMX to participate in their upcoming TECHNO Business Forum 2002, to take place in TOKYO Japan during January & February 2002. This high-tech forum will provide selected foreign companies the opportunity to explore business partnerships and alliances with the Japanese information technology community, and further assist and subsidize delegates in establishing corporate infrastructures in Japan.

NCMX’s invitation comes as a result of JETRO’s ongoing review of emerging technology companies in the US and interviewing prospective candidates nationwide, that resulted in NCMX being chosen as only one of two Pacific Northwest companies out of a total of 40 (worldwide) to be sponsored for this annual event. NCMX is presently working with their JETRO assigned advisor in preparation for a successful entry into the Japanese marketplace; this on the heels of NCMX’s present expansion in Europe.

JETRO is a non-profit, Japanese government-affiliated organization dedicated to promoting mutually beneficial trade and economic relations between Japan and other nations. JETRO sponsors a variety of programs and services, at no charge, that include seminars, trade fairs, databases and consulting, and regularly works with a wide range of companies such as high-tech, retail, sporting goods, medical and healthcare equipment, food and agricultural products, and housing materials.
